TRIATHLON COACHING PLAN

Designed for anyone who wants to get into better shape. Someone who's never run before, to someone who has and wants to go from running to Triathlon, to the Triathlete who wants to improve.

HIIT WORKOUTS

HIIT workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. These workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training.

FASTING PLANS

Intermittent fasting is an eating plan that switches between fasting and eating on a regular schedule. Research shows that intermittent fasting is a way to manage your weight and prevent — or even reverse — some forms of disease.

FITNESS CHALLENGE

Fitness challenges give participants the opportunity to set physical or nutritional goals. They also provide accountability for participants.

ENDURANCE TRAINING

In 2006 my father had a heart attack. I decided that if he was going to go through rehab & get in shape, I needed to start exercising so I wouldn't be in the same boat as him. Around that time, a friend asked me to make a donation to his NYC Triathlon fundraiser. I decided I would spend a year training for that race.

I didn't own a bike and got winded running for the bus, but I was determined.
I completed the 2007 NYC Tri in 3:33:31. I was hooked. Triathlon isn't about who finishes first, at least for me. For me, It's about how hard you worked to achieve the goal of crossing the finish line.

After my first Ironman race in 2010, I decided to become a coach to help others get in shape and achieve that ultimate personal victory.
